How do you incorporate feedback and learning into your velocity in agile?

Feedback implementation is very important aspect in Agile which makes team high performing. We need take feedback as scope for improvement. There are 2 ways todo this. Categorize feedbacks in to Immediately implementable and Feedbacks which we can implement over period of time. Immediately implementable action items constitutes to increase in velocity in the upcoming sprints. Others will help for the growth of the team. Scrum master need to work on this make sure they are on track are progressing well on this.
