What are the steps involved in Processing? 4. What types of failures happen during the steps in Processes? 5. What are the internal Standards? 6. What are the Customer requirements? 7. Now, go to Gemba Visualize Service Industry as a Factory. Start with Office Jishu-Hozen identify the bugs in the system, data, documents and Office Equipment. Educate and Train the people to identify the bugs and take countermeasures to prevent recurrence of similar issues. Teach principles of 5S.
