Small Businesses are the backbone of America and the American Family, but the digital divide as shown during the pandemic has significantly impacted them. One way to help them is to get them digitized and visible in the local community so we can make them pandemic-proof. We also launched a podcast to give a voice to America's Veterans with the goal of empowering their local small business and ending veteran homelessness and suicide. We are planning a showcase for their products and services that includes a portion of all sales going to End Veteran Homelessness.

The impact the pandemic had on Small Business owners in my family and across America changed my perspective on how mission-critical it is to buy and support locally. From the economic benefits that stay longer within a community when you buy from a local small business to the Legacy, a Small Business Owner fights hard to preserve and protect. One action that we can take is to get to know the families behind every small business in your community and support them! When you buy from their small business, those sales will stay longer in your community which results in more opportunities to develop your neighborhood (i.e. parks) and your kid may get new soccer jerseys sponsored! Small Businesses are cultural pillars in our community.
