I feel as if the alignment of suppliers could be much more easier in technological solutions, unless you had a resource you were extremely reliant on and couldn't really use an alternative. Although regardless of reliance on any supplier bringing all your objectives on the same page to bring better efficiency is key where all your business dynamics can be improvised into working on the same funnel for profits.

A critical first step is to partner with your legal team and review your supplier/partner contracts, verify & validate your current & future obligations and contract cancellation terms. This will enable you to group your suppliers/partners into 2 categories - not at risk for cancellation and at-risk for cancellation. In certain instances, a supplier may not be strategic, but you cannot legally terminate the agreement.
