An example is to ensure that all data is considered to be sensitive and as such all users and viewers of this data are fully aligned to the ethos of data protection. The use of specific rooms, training courses and review of the roles of anyone using the data set, is carried out on a frequent basis. By empowerment of understand the importance and ownership of either loading, using, or reporting the data to those undertaking the various processes, I believe provides a trust that the user also understands that anyone who access to their own personal data is following the same level of integrity.
