Also, as a human resource manager, if the company has an outline of what diversity, and inclusion can add to the company's growth. Online must have a clear message about what is expected from virtual candidates. But, you have to use tools that monitor their activities, and one helpful tool is customer relationship management. But also offer feedback frequently that will increase their learning curve, since online learning can be a challenging environment. But it helps me to read lips, almost like a blind person, but only the materials, books, and instructions were only guides. It also helps me to define my goals, realistically. I worked for the county, and job duties, and functions were not defined. What my jobs were. I had roles as office manager to computer lab manager to facilitate the building to lock down the business. It was learning and growing with community leaders who were bullied and it was a boot camp of managing a resource center. My business skills and credentials, such as my degree help me to not leave the job. I had to deal with attitudes, because everything was not written in stone. The local government facilities were subjective to nepotism, and I was an outsider. Who was hired to follow the rules. Going forward, I have the skills and experience to be a manager.
