At first there ain't no goals and you have to follow some others goals and metrics. After comparing them together, you can and may find what you want to be the best.

Here are some insight you should know about them: - Number of followers & engagement rates. These metrics help marketers find the right influencers they want to reach out to. Some brands prefer to work with nano and micro influencers as their engagement rates & conversion rates are higher than macro influencers. - The engagement & growth of the channels in recent months. Determine your target audience—the step before the step. Before you search for influencers, defining your target audience is essential. Whom are you trying to reach with your influencers? What are their interests and demographics? Understanding your target audience will help you identify and connect with the relevant influencers that will be most effective.

Even after getting an agency involved do your due diligence on the proposed influencers’ channels! Check engagement, really read comments and make sure that at least 80% of them are real bots are everywhere ??

Remember that your support and companionship with the audience will make them continue to create helpful content. Read the steps one by one and follow them.
