In our R&D Organization we created a portal called " Idea Hub". Employee were encouraged to submit their suggestions/process improvements to the problems that were collected during our NPS program. An expert committee reviewed all these entries and assessed against established parameters. The shortlisted entries were taken up for discussion with the concerned employees and pilot projects created/executed. Success stories emerged and it improved our employee experience and customer satisfaction as well. Also, a few ideas eventually became IPs for our company.
