The most important part is these Objectives must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable and with a proper Time Frame which must be regularly monitored. Many times, the whole project fails because the objectives are set as Unrealistic and without proper specificity. Remember, it is not "Specific", it is "Ambiguous". Additionally, these objectives must be buy-in with the suppliers and shall not be fixed in silos.
