Specifically for spoofing, at the moment, many efforts have focused on spoofing detections with various methods, such as pure DSP, machine learnings or combination of both. However, until know, it seems still few efforts focus on spoofing mitigation in the sense of recovering a spoofed signals. The most common spoofing mitigation is by blocking PNT solutions when spoofing is detected. However, we need methods to recover the spoofed signal (clean the spoofer) so that we can process the signal and get PNT solutions (like what in jamming cases, a jammed signal can be detected and recovered).

GNSS involves satellite which are operating globally form space, cover various government territories, is controlled from different ground stations globally and used by people globally. GNSS can benefits and contributes billions to the economy of a nation via its applications in many sectors, such as banking, transportation, health service and others. Inherently, GNSS always involves international cooperation. To optimally extract benefits from GNSS, international cooperation is requires such as data sharing, infrastructure sharing, operational sharing, investment sharing and others cooperation. Some international benefits: the global GNSS data availability via IGS and global weather monitoring via international projects (eg., COPERNICUS).
