experience: how to define experience? it is necessary to: 1- identify the different types of work to be carried out or which will be carried out 2- to evaluate the trade of workers who will be present at the site. It is imperative to analyze and find THE leaders in each discipline who will be able to bring experience, leadership and solutions to each positive pitfall or the one that requires improvement. and all these improvements or innovations brought by these workers will be a win win for the entire structure!
