There are so many options available for the learning journey these days, but it's important to ensure people know the end destination clearly before setting off on that journey. Finding out the learning style of your team member means that you can suggest specific learning tools; for example, TED Talks and YouTube videos if they are visually inclined, podcasts and auditory books if they are more of a listening persuasion. Outside sources can then be shared among the team, so everyone has a chance to learn some new dimensions that a staff member has found

It is always important to keep learning and growing as a leader within your organization. I have found that most companies host leadership training and other career development resources to help you reach that next level. Use of company paid learning platforms that host online learning and web classes are great ways to enhance the skills you have and to develop new ones to help you become a well rounded leader.
