1 Select and Mask tool

The first step is to use the Select and Mask tool to isolate your subject from the green background. To do this, open your video file in Photoshop and go to the Window menu and select Timeline. Then, click on the Create Video Timeline button and select the layer with your video. Next, go to the Select menu and choose Select and Mask. This will open a new window where you can use various tools to refine your selection. You can use the Quick Selection tool to drag over the subject, the Refine Edge brush to smooth the edges, and the sliders to adjust the feather, contrast, and shift edge settings. 2 Adjust edges and colors

For example, you can choose H.264 as the format and High Quality as the preset for a standard web video, or you can choose GIF as the format and Web as the preset for a short and looping animation.
