General good practice is to safe-guard lookup tables which can join onto the next model. Even if a certain invoice fact table is breached, can you prevent identifying customer name. If customer name is compromised can you avoid joining on to contact details dimension, etc. Maintain masking or jumbling of data and protect tables/keys which can unjumble them and make sense.
