Some of the best tools for the stakeholder management are power- interest grid and stakeholder interview. The power- interest grid helps you understand the level of stakeholder engagement. Stakeholders which are more towards the Power and interest are assumed to be more involved, directly impacted or sometimes decision makers for your project. The stakeholders which are less towards the Power and Interest are assumed as more of indirectly involved and to be informed about the project. The stakeholder interview techniques help to identify and define the functional and non functional requirements as well as removing the gaps between the understandings of the requirements which contribute towards the right build of the product.

2 Collaborate with your product owner

Your product owner is the key person who represents the stakeholder needs and interests in your Scrum team. They are responsible for creating and maintaining the product vision, defining the product backlog items, and ordering them by value and urgency. Once some stoies are almost drafted, as stackholders as a watcher and tell them to keep an eye. Jira, gives that option. Not sure about other project management tools. After you cleanup the backlog, review it your stakeholders once before sprint planning. Whateve story splitting that BA PO and team has agreed, give overview to stack holder and also explain sprint and fix versions that you. They dont need to be the tool expert but they will know what to expect when more easlily
