How do you end a mentoring relationship that is not working out?
Mentoring can be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for both mentors and mentees, but sometimes things don't go as planned. Maybe you have different expectations, goals, or communication styles. Maybe you face challenges, conflicts, or disagreements that are hard to resolve. Maybe you simply don't click or feel comfortable with each other.
