A big note I make when looking to leverage learning is the mindset of “I win or I learn”. Look at learning as not always being a formal new course, workshop, or book, but by also treating every experience in your career, positive or negative, as a challenge, to see the lessons in all of it. Appreciate the painful experiences that make you grow stronger and smarter. If you take a look back at the most painful, excruciating experiences that you've had, those are the ones that developed your character. Those are the ones that made you smarter, more capable, more determined, and more resilient.
