1 Network architectures

In my experience, network architectures discuss how entities inside the network will interact with each other. Who's gonna give services/resources and who's gonna be the client? Some administrators manage the server with this model. P2P services mostly will be blocked by Office Policy because this service usually eat more bandwidth (torrent-like) and in this model, no administrator manage communication between two entity. This can lead to security issues

Network Topologies refers to the physical interconnection of the network elements with each other. There are 4 main topologies while the rest is combination or variation of the main topology. 1. Mesh 2. Ring 3. Star 4. Bus Choosing the right topology can increase the overall performance( availability, reliability, scalability, security)
