As an experienced agvocate, I unequivocally maintain that agriculture is one of the most diverse disciplines in the world. Networking danger lurks in the equally diverse motivations. Burnout can occur quickly if you do not match your own motivations with an available network of successful people who share your same motivations. As an example, we are taught that burnout occurs when our passion eventually wears us down. Conversely, nothing is more demotivating than working with someone who does not align with you. We are also taught to look in the mirror when conflict first breaks which includes admitting that you are in the wrong network as a component of pursuing our self-defined success.

Actually, i agree with the points mentioned, however, i would like to mention the importance of ethics in the business world. The background checks should just not be limited to financial, mission, and vision statements we need to check on how they treat staff members, their use of child labor, their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals, and most importantly business integrity.
