However, it's still the best way, and I see that even talking with current clients about their situation in detail is scary. But you have to do this to get the best insights that can be used when reaching new clients.

In my 30 years of experience, realized these points: 1. identifying problems and potential customers,s needs, pain, or gain doesn't clarify just by data research. 2. Being In touch with diverse groups, life styles and getting a sense of them even if we think our idea helps them are not enough 2. without real relationships with people our creativity might be unwanted to them. 3. history, behaviors, national values and psychology studies of countries, areas backgrounds +data mining can be one hundred percent help us. 4. creativity is the result of our left brain, it is a mistake to use it when maybe the brain's right side is off. 5. being in touch with industries, HR, R&D, BD, business problems are key KPIs for understanding too.

in my experience as a mentor and new ideas evaluator in accelerators: 1. every innovation idea has been told in selected groups of different ranges of people. 2. don't be scared to thieve your idea 3. people just talking and you achieve so many good results from speaking about your idea 4. you can reach to non calculate risks by speaking to people 5. The whole time people are judging each other, do not scare, so telling your idea to industrial experienced people in different positions, young people with fresh vision, especially children with visuality capacities and no law, religion, cultural and standard frame, your raw idea will be more understanding for yourself 6. just please don't talk about your idea to pessimist people

in my oponion when innovation idea owner(owners) reach to this stage, its very hard to evaluate idea by KPIs, It is just like fish that live in water and can not see the depth and sea capacities or their capabilities. for SWOT, talent, their capabilities and business ecosystem they need a business model or business plan, strategist, business specialist or advisor, or consultant. especially if they want to present their idea to angel investors or they need investors.
