Be sure to layer in that extra padding so that your always exceeding client expectations rather than falling short.

Miro is a fantastic tool for making remote sessions more engaging. A couple of things I've found useful in getting the most out of Miro based workshops: - If you are working with clients/collaborators who are new to Miro, provide them with a tutorial board in advance of the session so that when you begin the workshop you can hit the ground running. - Start with some kind of icebreaker and contribute yourself first! - Time box each section of the workshop but be flexible if people are in a good flow. - Allow people to contribute in whatever way they best communicate - sticky notes, images, emojis, talking while you take notes.
