My release strategy consists of a process of organizing the release into work and features that group together themes. 1. Presentation: Visual and descriptive release plan, logical path, business benefits, how it will change the way we interact, general stakeholder information, high level journey. 2. Epics, themes and stories, described in business language, calling out what we need to consider as we approach test. 3. Test evolution from smoke test to UAT, what must we do to test, deliver, and validate we are ready for production. 4. Clear go or no go review criteria and decision making. Priorization of feedback and test results into go/no go, backlog, and parking lot.
