More reliable structure in break down structure would reduce the risk of the project out of schedule and target. T-plan for T-phase model also be a good analysis work flow to centralize some brainstorming in conflict conditions. If the flowing tasks contain the remodeling needs, these protential milestorm would provide some proper working model to follow up.
