In overcoming these resistances and barriers, we must develop a more strict but friendly approach to safety that gets everyone involves including management while letting them (workers) know we trust their abilities and let them do what they know how to do best while complying with safety. Also, if the work environment and equipment configurations are such a way that let the employees know you (management) cares about their safety and wellbeing, such barriers and resistances won't exist.

Making complicated procedures and processes is one of the top causes that I see for being reluctant to follow the written procedures. They may make the user confused on how to actually conduct the work but most of the time, the employee knows a simpler way to perform the task, but was never involved in the development of the procedures.

Employers use the procedures as a way to cover their bases, the problem is the procedures are over complicated and drawn out. If you were to follow the procedure to the T half the time the task couldn’t be accomplished. We need to trust our people and their experience, let them do what they are good at and revise the system so it’s an asset to them. Not a hindrance.

Implementar métodos andragógicos, adaptados a la experiencia previa de los adultos, facilita el aprendizaje significativo y la integración de normas como la Ley N° 29783 y su Reglamento en Perú, junto con los estándares internacionales como ISO 45001. Al involucrar a los trabajadores en el dise?o de programas de seguridad y proporcionar formación práctica y participativa, se abordan causas raíces como la falta de comprensión y la resistencia al cambio para ello pueden incluir talleres interactivos y simulaciones que refuercen la aplicación real de las normas, logrando así un entorno de trabajo más seguro y colaborativo.

Recognise benefits of change and no bad effects among workforces can kill resistance aganist change, build trust is coming at top priority. Resistance is built up by bad experience from last change, for example impose some technologies to boost safety in machine by replacing manual into automotive motion , workers thought they are replaced by robot and being against new safety devices. Involving workers and manage change in organisation is milestone, by convenience them no change at pay or work type and no impact at all about thier employment. Management of change is a responsibility of leaders and head section to communicate good improvement and no bad impacts among organisation could kill any resistance against future change.
