2 Set your preferences

You can access the preferences dialog box by clicking on the Tools menu and selecting Preferences. There, you can browse through different tabs and adjust the settings that you want. For example, you can change the font size and style for your scripts, choose the color scheme for your rundown, enable or disable the spell check and the grammar check, set up your email account and signature, or configure the alerts that you want to receive from ENPS or other sources.

3 Manage your profiles

If you work in different locations or with different teams, you might want to have different profiles for each scenario. A profile is a set of settings and preferences that you can apply to ENPS with one click. You can create, edit, or delete profiles by clicking on the Profile button on the toolbar. For example, you can create a profile for a live event that has a specific layout, a specific email account, and a specific alert configuration. Then, you can switch to that profile whenever you are covering a live event, without having to change each setting individually.

4 Use shortcuts and commands

5 Sync your devices

If you use multiple devices to access ENPS, such as a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone, you can sync your devices to make sure that you have the latest information and updates. You can sync your devices by using the ENPS Mobile app, which allows you to view, edit, or create stories, scripts, or rundowns from anywhere. You can also sync your devices by using the ENPS Web Client, which allows you to access ENPS from any web browser. To sync your devices, you need to log in with your ENPS username and password, and select the server and the profile that you want to use.

6 Share your feedback

Finally, you can share your feedback with ENPS to help them improve their product and service. You can share your feedback by clicking on the Help menu and selecting Feedback.
