You can have low performing individuals with a GM and have high performing FM individuals. 4. So whether your belief system is FM or GM, its a starting point from which you can decide if it needs to change/develop. 5. A lot of commentators say that you can be both given the context/situation. Dont confuse someone decision or attitude to whether they are FM or GM...just ask them why!!
