To truly grasp user needs, employ the following: 1) Converse with your target audience, learn their experiences and wishes. 2) Utilize surveys for large-scale data collection to identify trends and issues. 3) Observe user interaction with products in their everyday lives. 4) Construct fictional user personas informed by your research. 5) Emphasize accessibility, incorporating features such as screen readers and easy navigation. 6) Always consider context, mulling over varied situations and environments where users engage with your designs.
