Considero que un buen enfoque es el de medir resultados. Finalmente, ellos son la principal medida de nuestro progreso. Sin embargo, pensando un poco fuera de la caja, también observaría la salud del equipo y su nivel de involucramiento con el propósito de la organización. Recordemos que por más estratégicos que nos pongamos en la gerencia de los proyectos y su alineación estratégica en la organización, es el equipo quién construye el entregable, y por ende lo que les sucede a ellos importa. Interesados reciben producto/servicio, éste es generado por el equipo, el equipo habita en el proyecto, el proyecto construye la visión de la empresa. Definitivamente son una variable crítica dentro del grupo de variables/indicadores que hay que medir.
