Clearly communicate about the goal of the activity with areas of focus & outcomes expected. 2. Write down the scenarios that you would like to validate / get critique from, in advance. 3. Setup the context coherently. Measure your design on aspects of Navigation, Readability, Functionality, Ease of use, Error handling, Effectiveness - qualitatively & quantitatively. 4. Observe!! make a note of challenges expressed & experienced. 5. Finally, work on the feedbacks received, share the outcome with same set of participants, see if the challenges expressed are bridged.
