You also have to differentiate successes from small ones and big ones but all are important. CI is everyone's responsibility so celebrations can have negative consequences if not managed well.

In our enterprise Lean Six Sigma program, we supported Yellow and Green Belts through a certification review, ensuring their adept use of the CI toolset. This review provided a platform for associates to present project outcomes to leaders, fostering direct engagement. These sessions elevated awareness and appreciation for continuous improvement skills. Recognizing their efforts, we celebrated these associates through enterprise recgonition programs and an annual meeting with senior leaders, solidifying the significance of CI in our organization and creating a culture of appreciation for their impactful contributions.
