This strategy retains their support & knowledge while ensuring continuity. 2. Create a "consultative team" for execution! > this approach allows for introducing transformation concepts to frontline teams, even if it means employing incomplete solutions. Such a team can address short-term demands while fostering long-term goals.

Common causes why they lose Commitment are: 1. Lack of Visible Progress: Slow or unclear results can demotivate. 2. Overload: Excessive responsibilities lead to burnout. 3.
