For me, QBRs are the perfect tool to engage with the Vendors on a quarterly basis, to discuss both highlights and lowlights of the recent period, opportunities and threats, industry updates, as well as reviewing the scorecard where the contractual defined KPIs are measured against the goal and limit.

I'll try to add that the one might be additional in Vendor Management. I'd rather choose word Supplier Management rather than Vendor Management. Because for me every Supplier are a Long Time Partner rather than a One-Time Vendor. Your Supplier is your Friend. So make sure they also being supported by you. What they need support? Of course the Ontime Payment. So make sure to your finance that the Supplier Payment is ontime. Please always Support them when they need your Assistance regarding Payments. Bridge the Communication to Your Finance. Because one more time. Your Supplier is Your Lifetime Partner.
