This involves fostering their growth through a structured yet flexible approach. Initially, I assess their strengths, weaknesses, and goals to tailor the support accordingly. Through active listening & constructive feedback, I guide them in setting realistic milestones and action plans. I employ various strategies such as modeling, questioning, & providing resources to scaffold their learning process. Continuous encouragement & affirmation are pivotal in boosting their confidence and motivation. As they progress, I gradually decrease my intervention, promoting autonomy and self-directed learning. Flexibility is key, adapting to their evolving needs & challenges while maintaining a supportive environment conducive to growth and development.

When given the opportunity to share their ideas, issues, and concerns, they will feel both valued and respected. Some possible questions might be: Is there a challenging situation that you would like to work on together? What ideas do you have for things that might make you a better teacher?
