There are many solutions, but based on starting and running an eCommerce company myself, I find Fraud is a big issue for SMBs. When fraud occurs, it is typically the SMBs who have already shipped the product, the credit card companies credit the original credit card holder, and the fraudster got the product using a stolen card.
