You need a starting point. Before you know exactly when your audience is available, begin by considering when audiences are available on other platforms. Check the peak viewing hours on platforms like Netflix, Twitch, or YouTube. For example, Netflix's peak watch times are between 6 PM and 10 PM. You could also ask your audience directly during one of your sessions. You should also do some A/B testing. Launch a live stream in the morning and check its KPIs; you might be surprised by a higher engagement rate.

Monday's and Friday's are my optimal days to do Live talks. My ideal audience consists of Mortgage Loan Originators. I find that more Loan Originators are likely to have office days on Monday's and Friday's. With that being said, though, even though I will do the live on one of these two days, my live stream videos get 10x more engagement and views after the live has ended. This is one of the benefits of using the LinkedIn Live feature.
