Here are a few useful features to improve adoption: 1. Provides tailored experience. Different user personas will have access to different modules of the application 2. Customizable UI. Users should be able to customize UI-add/remove fields to show only relevant info. 3. Plugins - The tool should provide browser plugins/extensions so that the curated metadata (like certification/ business description) can be displayed while browsing the source system. Ex: A Chrome extension for Tableau report should show the certification status of reports, removing the need for users to log into the data stewardship platform to get the curated metadata. This improves adoption. 4. Develop success metrics to track progress and reward top contributors.
