En mi experiencia, es común que en muchos ambientes laborales se realicen grandes esfuerzos para contribuir a la seguridad del sitio, pero al alcanzar logros, no se realizan suficientes reconocimientos. Estos pueden ser de distintos tipos, lo importante es que las personas reconocidas vean que su desempe?o es valorado. Los logros a ser reconocidos, pueden ser por el nivel de participación en un comité de seguridad, en auditorías, en observaciones comportamentales de tareas, en entrenamientos de las brigadas de emergencias y por el nivel de asistencia a actividades de capacitación, entre otros.
