To ensure that your celebration and reward system is fair, effective, and meaningful, it is important to align it with your learning objectives and expectations. Additionally, use multiple sources of data, both quantitative and qualitative, to measure and celebrate progress. Furthermore, celebrate and reward effort and improvement rather than only achievement or performance. In addition to academic progress, celebrate non-academic aspects such as skills, attitudes, behaviors, or values.
