A la hora de establecer indicadores de progreso no debemos de olvidar lo importante que es para el colaborador ya que proporciona una guía y hoja de ruta a seguir aumentando la adhesión a la formación por el impacto positivo que obtiene sobre el rendimiento el colaborador.

After training I will do rewards and recognition in different categories like who participated more, who scored more & many more like that. Apart from that I will give them a task to perform and again a gamification on who would be performing the task better will get some goodies. Según mi experiencia aportar un feedback continuo sobre los resultados y avances de la formación es muy productivo y facilita la labor de capacitación tanto al que imparte la formación como al organizador de la misma. Las personas que acceden a la formación suelen estar motivadas, pero si no fuera el caso realizar comentarios frecuentes orientados de forma personalizada a cada colaborador puede ser muy motivador.

??Humans have a deep desire to be appreciated. ??Appreciation from the management can be in multiple ways i.e. appreciation letters, acknowledgement in public, monetary and non-monetary rewards, accelerated career paths, opportunities in new projects and many more. ??The sincerity of intent & fairness in giving out rewards & recognition is very critical, if any of them is found lacking, this may lead to discontent among team members & cause the opposite effect than desired.

One way to celebrate is to ask them their take on the section/course and share how they'll use it. A person's favorite topic is typically themself, so let them shine as their celebration.

People love to feel included and celebrated. Make sure you're doing both for those who participate. Many times programs like this do not get tapped into because there is no reward at the end. People want the 'what's in it for me' factor. Make the learning fun and enjoyable and reward the achievement. I would add the following: 1. Add between the course modules rewards steps that will increase their progress through the course to appreciate it 2. At the end of the course a certification and a badge to be available that can be shared through social media ( a collaboration with a company such as Sertifier, Certifier etc.) would be necessary 3. A recognision of the team members who finished the course/s in the company regular meetings or in the regular company Newsletter can help the recognized team members to continue the learning process and for the other members to feel motivated to start this process as well.

Something from my personal experience when I was a Training Manager: After every course, which generally took 2-10 weeks, I, or my team members, would organise after course socializing (you can call it "a party") in a restaurant, a bar, or any similar place. After so many courses, I will strongly recommend you to try it.
