Furthermore, advisors provide information, advice, and referrals on topics such as labor market trends, job search techniques, resume writing, interview skills, networking, and career development resources. They deliver workshops, seminars, and presentations on workforce development topics to diverse audiences. Additionally, they coordinate and facilitate job fairs, career expos, and employer events. Lastly they build relationships with employers, community partners and stakeholders while evaluating the outcomes of workforce development programs and services.
