This not only helps identify and address gaps and pain points within the ecosystem but also allows for the discovery of potential synergies and opportunities for innovation. Moreover, staying updated on emerging trends, regulatory changes, and market developments is essential, as it empowers ecosystem leaders to adapt proactively and guide their stakeholders toward sustainable growth.

I see the abundance of money as the biggest challenge in fostering innovation in big financial corporations. They have the power of investing in the wrong ideas millions for years instead of being lean and killing the projects that don't attract players in the market. The best startups didn't start with millions of dollars angel investment. They had to show success before getting capital investment. However, big financial corps invest high amounts in projects that don't show any success for years and years.
