One thing I have found helpful is the auditing process in self leadership. Asking myself.....am I ready for this; am I qualified and experienced for this; do people trust and follow my advise; am I brave; are my solutions seen as simple, workable and creative; am I passionate about helping people? Most important thing is to develop soft skills - the most sought after soft skill is problem solving and problem solving itself is an outcome of ability to simplify complex scenarios General tendency is to make complex things even complicated through jargons and far too technical terms. I always follow the 3-3 rule: We have the ability to focus on 3 tasks in full for 3 weeks. So at a time, choose 3 tasks and simplify those.
