How do you balance user feedback and project requirements in UAT and validation testing?

UAT is the critical phase of the software testing process where end users test the system in a real-world environment to verify whether the product and system perform the tasks they are intended to. During this process, it is important to gather feedback from end users regarding their observations through interviews, surveys, and questionnaires, and solve their problems before moving to a higher environment.

I totally agree to this but what I feel is that in Agile environment , UAT testing needs to be given a better timeline like for UAT environment it really becomes difficult if you are left with 2 or 1 day for testing all your functionalities alongwith acceptance criteria and also if the QA highlights that the major scenarios are pending or cannot be thoroughly tested then analyzing the risk during sprint planning is also crucial as it can then avoid delay or rework of testing and we can also be ensured that quality is not compromised.

I listen to user feedback to identify what’s crucial for functionality and user experience. Then, I work with stakeholders to decide which feedback to implement without straying from the project’s main objectives.
