Subsequently, the objectives should be defined but you have to ensure that the objectives which you define, ultimately align with the strategy and short or long-term objectives. Examples of objectives may include; 1. Achieving 90% automation in a specific process or several processes. 2. Ensuring access to data or information is provided based on a specific model (RBAC).
