I think quality over quantity should always be the goal. Taking time to show your values to your audience through the posts and information you share creates lasting connections and opportunity. Adding value to other peoples day by being able to get in touch with their pain/passion points makes them want to engage more and know more about you. Keeping your audience curious and excited for your input is a sign of quality posting. To balance quality and quantity, I would recommend just testing out different posting styles and amount of posts every other week until you find what fits your values and audience best.

Quantity is worthless without quality! Your audience is going to feel a little better or a little worse with every interaction - in person and online. While it may be advantageous to pop up in front of your audience more often, if the quality isn't also there than they will feel worse about you for wasting their bandwidth.
