Reliable information and input are crucial for a successful pull planning session that engages all involved personnel in the project team, and flexibility is the way to allow them to highlight the realistic obstacles and promises with full transparency and away from blaming culture within the team. Therefore, any inputs received in such a healthy environment will be critical for forecasting realistically the tasks to be executed in the upcoming week's lookaheads. Undoubtedly, the lean coach & the leadership are responsible for creating such an embedded lean culture and collaborative environment among the project team as early as possible.

one thing I found helpful in this case was use of visualization to check the Ability to execute of planning and scheduling. To increase collaboration between sub contractors we can use 3D models like Revit and Navisworks. Generally like you mentioned reliable data and information should be consider and use. and information systems like BIM- Building Information Model- has a perfect effect on that
