When evaluating candidates, the first thing I focus on is the scope and complexity of their projects and portfolios. I look at how big, ambitious, and challenging their work is—whether it involves multiple technologies, platforms, or domains. I’m particularly interested in projects that tackle real-world problems or address specific needs, as these showcase not just technical proficiency, but also problem-solving skills and innovation. The more diverse and complex the portfolio, the better it reflects a candidate's ability to handle the demands of a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

Ultimately, I’m looking for how these projects demonstrate the candidate’s fit and potential for the position, ensuring they bring not only technical skills but also alignment with the company’s vision.
