Quick study- 1. Regular checkin peer to peer about project status. 2. Coach and correct deficiencies or inconsistencies early and with remedial plans. ?Try not to trip over the same stone twice” 3. Use Therapeutic Communication to maintain collaboration continuity.

The ultimate measure is based on the project goals. Those goals should be clarified in the beginning of the collaboration. Real time assessments can be easily measured by short (15 minutes) Personal Development Courses, quiz let’s or polls. Adding a human dimension with the standard metrics.

4 How to use the results?

Once you have collected and analyzed the data from your measurement methods and tools, you can use the results to improve collaboration and cooperation in your team. Celebrate and acknowledge the achievements and strengths of your team and its members, and reward them accordingly. Identify and address the gaps and weaknesses of your team and its members, and provide them with support and guidance. Set and review the goals and expectations of your team and its members, and align them with the vision and mission of your organization. Plan and implement the actions and strategies that can enhance collaboration and cooperation in your team, such as training, coaching, mentoring, or team building activities. Results, like words are the last part of thinking. Words develop behaviors, behaviors spawn character and so on….leading to some defined point, a project goal or desired outcome. Results will behave in the same way. If your negative thinking, perhaps the results may be negative. Positive thoughts may yield positive result or outcomes. Either way IF WE remain positive, resilient and flexible the outcome will always be the same. Growth and learning…success and victory.
