I don’t think you can monitor systems thinking, but systems sure are complex to monitor. But, I think the biggest challenge is making sure you’re understanding your problem within the framework of the correct system. If you incorrectly identify the system that is causing your problem, you’ll end up making changes that don’t end up solving anything. Sometimes, a given problem is impacted by several systems simultaneously, so determining which one needs changing can be very tricky.
