Collaborate: Share this vision with teams and stakeholders for refinement. Your customers' needs should anchor every step. Align your vision with business strategy and customer insights for meaningful transformation.

Once you've defined your goals, it's time to evaluate where you currently stand. Here's a simple way to approach this: Take Stock: Review your existing capabilities, processes, systems, and data. Understand your company culture. How do these align with where you aim to be? Eye the External: Consider market trends, customer demands, and the moves of your competitors. Based on your vision, goals, and gap analysis, you can now define your roadmap themes and initiatives.
